Sous les Noyers is a long ground floor villa style property which adjoins the main house. 
The Accommodation can function both as a Gite with 3 bedrooms or as a Bed and Breakfast /Chambres d’hôte where guests share the lounge kitchen diner facility.

Accommodation Comprises :

3 bedrooms, all ensuite with WC/ and shower or bath and tea/coffee making facilities, can sleep between 2 and 4 people.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 (10’ x 15’) have double bed plus partitioned area with adult sized bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 (9’ x 15’)  has two single beds.

Lounge /kitchen /diner (17’x 22’)

with kitchen facilities (fridges; gas hob; mini-oven/grill, microwave, cooker).
Dining area equipped with crockery, cutlery etc for up to 10 people
And entertainment facilities: TV, VCR & DVD player, audio system, books & games.
Guests also have the use of a washing machine and tumble drier.
